Weight loss: 4/52


Oh dear, things have begun to slip. I kept forgetting to post the photos and blogs and here I am week 5 and only 4 pounds lost.

The whole point of the blog is that it will force me to keep on track.

OK, so lesson learnt.

This week I need to lose two pounds, do more exercise and I must blog next Tuesday (though we are in Dublin so I will do it Monday evening).

The dress did however seem to be a little easier to get in to which is great.
